However, I'm thrilled to say my search is finally over. Why? Because I found Steph at Serenity and she is terrific! Okay, first things first... As a guy, I'm usually indifferent to ambiance, but the place is extremely clean, smells great and overall has a nice inviting atmosphere. Next, I've had many massages throughout Northern and Southern California over many years. I can tell when someone cares about you and when they are just going through the motions. Steph truly cares. She is professional, strong, and knows how to work out tension, sore muscles, and leave you feeling great! Each time I've left I feel so much better and so relaxed I almost feel I should wait for a while before I drive! If you've had a great massage in the past, you know exactly what I'm talking about. And if you haven't, well, it's time to see Steph! Highest possible recommendation!

Sophie got back to me within minutes via text message. I wanted a deep tissue massage with cupping, and I was able to come in the following morning to see her colleague, Jeff. Based on the reviews I read on Google and Yelp, I believe Jeff provides the firmest pressure between the two of them. Parking wasn't an issue at 9am but make sure to still arrive 5-10 minutes early to use the restroom if you need to and to get on the massage table. I couldn't have been happier with my massage with Jeff! Cupping is never not uncomfortable but it was much needed for the tension I had in my back, especially my low back from a past sports injury. He uses the plastic ones with the hand pump. Jeff also included some heat therapy and a gentle sinus massage. I left feeling refreshed and more relaxed. I definitely plan on coming back the next time I'm in town. They accept Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, card and cash. A $50 deposit is required to hold your appointment time and it goes towards your total for the massage. As with any service you receive, be kind and tip :)

Pretty sad I missed our on the only Christmas present I wanted and tried to use on my birthday. Stealing money from hard working people is not ok, especially prior customers. Very disappointed and very unprofessional. What benefit do you think I have in lying about this? ****** My Husband bought me a gift certificate for $93 for a 90-minute massage at Christmas time. Came for my birthday here in August had an issue with them trying to honor it, they finally took me in the back I was there probably a half hour then I was interrupted in the MIDDLE of the massage by the man that works here (not sure if that's the owner) said that I was lying about the gift certificate that my Husband bought saying that that was not their gift certificates that they sell. At Christmas my husband was there for over 20 minutes trying to even purchase it and they didn't even know how to give him a gift certificate. After a few minutes of laying on the bed with this man coming back again still caling me a liar I decided to end massage. I went to the front desk to confront the man and he still kept being rude and saying they do not issue those gift certificates and I was lying. He also had two other employees call me and my husband a liar saying he did not buy this gift certificate here. Even though I had the receipt and the business card that came with my gift certificate. I have been here twice before and had a decent experience, but unfortunately I will never come back to this place again.

I went in for a one-hour foot massage, and the experience exceeded my expectations. The therapist could tell I wasn't feeling my best and noticed how tense and stressed my body was. She went above and beyond, working not only on my feet but also on my neck and back. I spend a lot of time hunched over a desk and don't get as much exercise as I should, and she immediately recognized where I was holding tension. She incorporated stretching and focused attention on those problem areas, and I left feeling absolutely amazing. If you pay cash, the one-hour foot massage is only $45--a fantastic value. I've paid a lot more elsewhere and received much less. If you're looking for a great reflexology spot in Santa Rosa, this is definitely the place to go. Highly recommended!
