There is no negativity in this woman. She's always glad to see customers. My visits lately have focused on my left shoulder. I really need to see a physical therapist or chiropractor about it, but each time I see her, the pain and tingling in my arm go away. Oh, and ladies, the place is nicely decorated and VERY clean.

First, the masseuses did not introduce themselves to us, they did ask us what pressure we wanted- but that was it. The largest issue that we had was they kept talking to each other, whispering, giggling, during the entire massage. It felt unprofessional, and stressful. We had never experienced that before. Next, the massages did not flow. They did not leave us feeling relaxed, or have those typical feelings you have after a massage. There was not much contouring. They were not following our muscles or bodies, they were just shoving and moving things around. At one point even walking on our backs and bodies with socks on, but not with rhyme or reason. Neither of us had ever experienced that, it felt like a massage you would get from your spouse. They didn't dig at knots or tension. The hot stones lasted under a minute or so. They felt gone as quickly as they were there, so it's nice that it was included for free and we didn't pay for it. I feel bad to leave this review, due to how nice everybody was- but I want to be honest with the experience we had. We left and our bodies felt awful, and in pain.

She knows how to work each individual muscle and concentrates on the trouble areas. Mine are my shoulders and neck. The stretch itself was amazing and the therapist was kind and professional. But the lack of flexibility and empathy from the front desk left a bad taste. Emergencies happen, and when you're paying top dollar, better customer service should be a given.
