She thorough, stays up to date with current trends and rigorously treats symptoms until a solution is found. What's even her better practice is that she actually cares about her patients. She remembers details and personalizes the experience in a way that is almost non-existent in the health industry today. Being diagnosed with Lupus at 30 and going a year with undiagnosed symptoms is scary! Her demeanor and skill put me at ease and got me through in a way that I now believe only she could. It's almost tragic that she can't accept new patients anymore. I would refer anyone I know and love with auto-immune concerns.

Diagnosis was quick and they scheduled Mohls surgery right away. The office provides top care, which is foremost. Secondary to the issue, the office is very charming in decor and functionality. They provide coffee for those waiting in the lobby and we got some great samples of Neutrogena and Gold Bond lotion. Overall, it is comforting to the patient and the family to know that the patient is in great care.

My name is Jon C and I've visited Integrated Dermatology of Groton a few times this year for…read morecosmetic procedures. Fractura twice, Morpheus three times and a VI peel and hydra facial once. I have never looked younger nor have I ever received so many compliments on my skin. My facial and peel were performed by Kelsey (who is outstanding) and for Restylane in my cheeks and tear troughs. Each time except for the facial I have seen Luanne Hespeler, who is absolutely fabulous. She is extremely knowledgeable in what she does. With that knowledge she is able to recommend and explain different options in order to get the results you're looking for. She's a fantastic listener, kind, considerate, generous, she genuinely cares about her patients and giving them the results they are hoping for. She even gave me her cell phone number after my first fractora treatment. Just to make sure I get a hold of her if something didn't feel right. Honestly who does that anymore? I was amazed! I have recently moved from CT to CA and I hate that I have to find another dermatologist. They will have a high bar to reach after being with Luanne and the staff that supports her. From the receptionists Brittany, maryann, Veronica to her assistants Jennifer and Jenny, they are all incredible, caring and accommodating. All my friends and family rave about this practice and rightfully so, they are amazing. If you are looking for the best dermatology & medspa experience in CT, integrated dermatology of Groton is the place to go. Thanks Luanne for helping me regain my lost confidence and making me look and feel fabulous again. Highly recommend

Prior to my procedure, I gathered as much information as possible, and Dr. Sena clearly communicated to me all of the potential risks. Going into this experience, I fully understood that complications are indeed possible and can happen to anyone...regardless of any surgeon's talent and due-diligence. That said, although my surgery went well, I developed a fairly common infection early in the healing process. Dr. Sena went above and beyond to remedy this problem. He saw me multiple times after hours and on weekends, and ultimately performed two more surgical procedures. Not only did Dr. Sena successfully resolve the infection, he also took great care to ensure a satisfactory outcome and aesthetically pleasing result, despite complications. Overall, my experience with Dr. Sena was truly phenomenal. He is the "real deal"--a talented and knowledgeable, yet quietly humble surgeon who provides excellent care and exhibits genuine compassion for his patients. From start to finish, I was well cared for, and I highly recommend Dr. Sena as of one of Connecticut's very best cosmetic surgeons. (Note: this opinion is solely my own, and I've not been solicited or compensated for posting this review.)
