Well I was reluctant to go there at first because I've never been to anything like this before and I'm glad I did. I was at the gas station next to it & I had seen 2 employees..I believe one was Will and I can't remember the other ones name..walking out. I felt bad about interrupting them on their way back to work but they were extremely nice enough to answer my questions. Once I pulled into get my car serviced, I apologized got interrupting Will's walk back. He was just so happy go lucky. I not only got everything taken care of quickly but they were very knowledgeable about their work! I will definitely take my car back to them! I truly appreciate the wonderful customer service and their work in general!!

Took the truck for a test drive ,less than 10 miles, found it to be in good condition for its age. Came back to dealer said it was a go we agreed on a price and made the deal. The drivers seat had a large ware spot from normal usage I didn't mind but they said they already had it lined up to fix. My salesman,Paul, was kind pleasant to talk to and never overbearing. He never said my most hated phrase in the history of time,,,'What can I do to make this your new truck'. We agreed to take the truck and He said they would call when the shop had the material for the seat a full service was done on the truck. When we were leaving he said if anything happend to call and he would make it right. It was delivered to our home,approx 20 miles one way,I had a few places to go so I took the truck. Well not more than 40 miles into the trip it overheated and shut down.I called they came out with a tow truck and a 2015 Chevy Silverado 4x4 . Paul said we would fix it and give me a call when done and to drive the rental like it was mine. Monday comes,I call Paul he informed me that the truck had a cracked head and was a new 7.3 ltr Powerstroke diesel would run ME $6000.00 I about hit the floor. I asked him if I was stuck with the truck. He said absolutely not! we could either buy the new engine or back away and they would buy back the truck. We decided on the later. This, by far, was the best ANY car dealer, cell phone dealer or any other retail dealer has treated me EVER!! When it comes time to get my wife a new car We WILL go to Star Motors in Wiggins,Ms or she won't get a new car. THANK YOU Star Motors

WARNING ABOUT STAR CHEVROLET…read more If you're thinking about buying a car here or letting their service department touch your vehicle--READ THIS FIRST. We bought a vehicle with the extended warranty. Less than a year and a half later, the transmission went out. We brought it back in later on due to an engine noise. They claimed it had a misfire, needed new coil packs, and that the torque converter bolts were loose. We didn't even make it five miles down the road before realizing the same original noise we brought it in for was still there. We bring it back--they suddenly say it's a "blown head gasket." The SUV never showed one sign of a blown gasket, but they tore it apart anyway and billed the warranty for major repairs. We get it back, drive less than 100 miles, and the vehicle overheats and shuts off. Tow it back--they say "oh, it was just an air bubble, nothing's wrong." Noise still there. We email the manager weekly--ignored. Lied to about getting a loaner car. A month later, the SUV leaves my wife stranded. Tow it in again. Now they claim it needs another transmission, but the warranty won't cover it this time. So let's break it down:     *    They misdiagnosed multiple times.     *    They charged the warranty for work that wasn't needed.     *    They refused to provide proof of the head gasket failure.     *    They ignored calls, emails, and questions.     *    They lied about loaners, leaving us to pay for a rental.     *    Now we're stuck with the SAME problem and a car that's worse than before. This dealership doesn't do honest repairs. They play games, run you in circles, and leave you stranded. Star Chevrolet = Star NIGHTMARE.

The mechanics have been great, but I feel as if customer service has been thrown out the window. I should have been called and kept up to date on the progress of getting parts, and now getting the work done. I have complained to several people--names I will not share, but nothing has changed. I really like the mechanics here. They do great work and are fairly quick about it too. I just wish they were quick about work they have already started, but as of yet not finished.
