One took five…read moremonths to get the parts that I paid for up front and was never repaired, the other the workmanship was so shabby that when I got my bike it did not run. after several days I was able to get the engine to run the bike only made it One mile before the engine quit. I took the engine to another shop to have it looked at. Seals were missing or in wrong, one head gasket was installed backwards, etc.it is now going to cost me more to repair the damage done by this shop than what I wanted to do in the first place. All you have to do is go by this shop and see the filth and trash laying around than go up the street to the next shop and it won't take much to decide who should work on you bike.

Small shop where so he gets your bike in repaired and back to you without keeping it around for weeks prior to even checking out your problem. He charges $45 per hour plus parts, and will go the extra mile to even find good used parts to save you money. Works on all brands of bikes, I took in a Honda but saw a Harley and Kawasaki in his shop. This is the kind of guy that still values a handshake and a man's word. Highly recommend this shop!

I was able to get a plug in the tire to get me to Biloxi, but frankly I didn't really trust the tire anymore, and wanted to get it replaced. I had called around locations in Pensacola earlier that day, but none of the stores in that area had a tire or space to do a tire replacement for me, so I nervously made my way to Biloxi, where I found South MS Powersports. They had the tire and the time to get me back on the road safely and confidently. The store is a decent size and they have a solid selection of bikes for sale. All of the personnel were nice, asking if I had been helped and making sure I was comfortable while I waited. The tire replacement itself took less than an hour to complete, which I consider to be fast since the Goldwing is not an easy bike to work on in terms of the rear wheel. There is a lot of stuff in the way of that wheel. The price for getting the tire changed out was also reasonable, and I was on my way in no time. My short story/the bad: Refusal to do warranty work on my…read moreunit since I didn't buy it from them, extremely poor attitude along with arguing, denial of a failing part which ended up failing and almost got me hurt (GSX-R front brake master cylinder), I was asked to never come back, lack of knowledge regarding the failing part. Since then I have worked on others units and have found: -Improperly flashed ECU (2022 GSXR 1000) which they denied then after arguing with them they saw it was incorrect and reflashed it. -Improperly Dyno tuning another bike resulting in a rich condition. -Improperly removing wheel weights on a CBR1000RR SP and gouging the wheel in front of the customer with a scraper removing the gold paint. The old guy (owner) did it and did not offer to have it painted. Go elsewhere to avoid bad quality service and overpriced units/service.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place. I have brought five skis in for repair over a period…read moreof three years. Only once was one repaired, the very first time. I had two skis at this shop that sat there for over two years. I had two other skis that sat there for over a year. Grant it, all of the skis were older (1999 - 2005 models). But if the owner would have told me I am sorry, I am too busy to work on them, or they are tool old, I would have been fine with that. But, to allow me to think that he was going to repair them, and he really did not, was just bad business, from my perspective. Since the skis sat in the shop yard out in the weather for so long, the seats became dry rotted, and the engine compartment filled up with water. They were much worse off than when I brought them in. The owner did not answer the phone, does not return calls or texts. I will never do business with this place again. I will say this. If you have a ski that is unrepairable and you are just looking to get rid of it, take it to this place. Their shop is a graveyard for dead skis.
