Beware a business that doesn't know how to spell. You only get one chance to make a good first…read moreimpression. Could've been better because I'm a little bummed after two of my cousins and I were at this business and saw their business sign in front. Their business sign in front with bad spelling is cringeworthy, annoying and hilarious all at once. Hey Realty Corner, Just exactly what is 'Commorcial Real Estate'? I just got through watching the Scripps National Spelling Bee where I saw children who knew how to spell better than the adults at Realty Corner. When a 13-year-old child can spell "stichomythia" on national tv, there is no reason why Realty Corner owners can't correctly spell commercial instead of using the bad spelling of "commorcial" on their front sign advertising. Bad spelling, or grammar makes, a business look bad. Real bad. Bad spelling makes a business look less credible and intelligent. There is little more that can make a business lose credibility more quickly and seem uneducated and not professional and not respectable than bad spelling. Bad spelling, or grammar, cost a company money. Customer Rule: Never patronize again a business that can't spell. A business should always make sure that its spelling is correct. Otherwise people will judge the business on it. That is the harsh reality. Realty Corner's poor spelling cost it our business and wrecked the customer relationship it had with us. There is only one boss. The customer. And he / she can fire everybody in the company from the chairman on down, simply by spending his / her money somewhere else. I won't be back. I would have rated them higher if their business sign in front had correct spelling on it. p.s. I checked all the one and two-star previous reviews here of this business as Useful and Cool.

OK now....rents set to make the P.M. income, an EXTRA fee to pay your rent online (as IF it costs…read morePM ANYTHING, it doesn't, they're simply lazy and greedy)...requests go unanswered or excuses made. inspections set for a day but no time, as though tenants SHOULD take the day off (unpaid) for the PM's convenience (set a freakin time and BE considerate!).....ants are inundating this building and property management says it's not their responsibility. I DETEST property managers as they are in business to make money for themselves through YOUR hard earned wages, plus those of the property owners. Any excuses they can come up with to increase what is being charged is their M.O. and I simply refuse your GREED.
