She turned away an entering patron at 7:51 PM, yelling across the store "Ah, we're closed!!!!" This is probably the most unprofessional behavior displayed by a "manager" I've ever seen. Someone that she obviously knew just entered the store and picked up a pizza. As he was leaving he stated "oh, I need to pay for this" she replies "don't worry about it baby" and he left the store with his free pizza. I'm almost amused at this point that the owner hired this young woman to manage the store. From what I've observed, the owner lost an estimated $50 in sales with the two groups of patrons the manager turned away before the posted closing and the FREE pizza the manager gave to her friend. And the remoulade sauce is in small condiment cups on the side - barely enough to dress the salad. But most of the food here is pretty good (the burgers are massive), and most plates come with enough for some extra to take home.
