Only my bangs were blow dried but the rest was not which was okay I guess since I do have a lot of hair. Unfortunately i did not check my hair before leaving and that was my mistake ! Once my hair was dried I noticed my hair was very uneven. This was a terrible experience. I paid the full amount of a hair cut which is $130. My hair was not cut well and also my hair was not even blow dried. Now I have to find another place to fix this

The salon is very nice and clean. The service is always by appointment and they always manage to service you upon arrival. In the future, I prefer to pay for service in cash given that there is a hefty $5 charge for using a credit card. This salon is my go to for sure.

Upon arriving at the salon at the scheduled time I was told that I will be seen by Griselda. I took a seat and she walked over to say that she just started to give a haircut to another customer and said to come back in 20 minutes. I reminded her that I had an appointment which I made it on time! Her response was "what do you want me to do" This was absolutely unacceptable. I made time out of my day to make it to the appointment on time and coordinated childcare coverage so I can attend this appointment. On top of this I am pregnant so I tried my best to accommodate my schedule. After all that she simply walks away without apologizing for the inconvenience!!
