Cut me off from talking, and then repeatedly acted like I was a "bad" patient because I misunderstood how the 1 inhaler worked (I thought it was a second rescue inhaler instead of a symptom controller). Her exact words were "we in healthcare just make the worst patients- or maybe that's just me!" Insert eye roll here. Every other medication was taken as prescribed when prescribed. But I am a bad patient. They also neglected to include the work note I requested, then when I called they offered to MAIL it to me, or I could, mid-asthma exacerbation, drive back to the practice and pick it up. I asked if they could email it since I am alone, they said they couldn't. So I let loose with a stream of language that wasn't appropriate, but I don't feel bad about it. Stay far away from this practice!!!

However I've been calling the office for the past 4 days now and no one answers the phone and the voice message box is full (of course) it's honestly really frustrating because I want to discuss things with Dr. Liu and making an appointment is already a challenge. Plus every time I see her she seems in rush and always stands by the door ready to leave the room. I'm definitely not a patient there just seems like a number to her.
