He is the kindest, gentlest and most caring male doctor I've ever encountered. I feel that all my needs medically are met at every encounter and I know I'm being well cared for. The staff always has been courteous and helpful immediately. Their English is impeccable. I've never encountered a situation such as described in the first review. I'm sorry the first reviewer had such a bad experience he must have visited a different office and mistakenly left his review here. In recent years their wait times have been cut down to a max of 15-20 mins. Their waiting room has always been clean and impeccable.

No communication between front desk, lab and doctor. I was there for a simple blood draw and waited 45 minutes to be seen with nobody ahead of me. I also was seeking dietary information for renal patients and was handed a 2 page handout that was over 11 years old. This amounted to a one size fits all set of very general dietary guidelines. There was nothing tailored to my specific condition or needs. Doctor was not much better. Put me on a medication that I cannot tolerate without an adverse reaction and discontinued a long standing blood pressure medication without explanation as to why. Waiting area is filthy and disgusting.

A family member had a kidney problem caused by antibiotics prescribed during hospitalization, and the doctor wanted to check kidney function. She went over labs at the hospital, and one month later; then, she had more labs done to confirm that the kidneys were continuing to heal. I felt that the doctor was thorough with her care.
