During their recent flu vaccine drive-thru--in the rain!--nurses with wet hair and big smiles delivered shots right through car windows with kindness and efficiency (it took longer to fill out the form than the shot itself!). The front desk people are very nice too. I've had no trouble getting same-day appointments when my son has been sick. I trust Dr. Tardy's medical opinion (which he is always happy to discuss), and I've even gotten some sound parenting advice from him. He is also great with babies and tired parents.
