They removed the stucco and installed vinyl siding for me. Because of previously scheduled jobs, it took a few weeks before they could come do the job, but Iqbal was very transparent about this, and once they started, it was finished very quickly and reliably. I personally hate when contractors will take a ton of jobs they can't finish, start one job on Monday, start another job on Tuesday, a third on Wednesday, etc etc and all of the jobs are just sitting there partially completed for weeks on end. I. Hate. That. With ZK Contracting, they basically came when they were supposed to come, took around the number of days they estimated (I think it took 1 day longer maybe?), and they finished the job at one time rather than coming back here and there for weeks. Iqbal came across knowledgeable, forthright, and trustworthy, which I find to be a rarity in car salespeople, lawyers, and contractors. lol. He was also reasonably responsive (meaning even if I didn't hear back in 2 minutes because he was at another job, I'd hear back in a reasonable amount of time) and reliable throughout the job, which I appreciated. I think they're a smaller company based on my interactions with Iqbal, but I felt like this was an advantage, because I felt like pricing was better, and the attention felt more individualized than some of the larger, more formal places I called. Pricing was the best quote I got for the job from licensed and insured contractors, and we got 4 quotes, and seeing how the job turned out, I don't feel like I got any less than I would've gotten from the other companies. I'm very pleased with how the siding looks. Overall, I would recommend you at least give them a call and get a quote from them. Good, reliable, fairly-priced contractors are exceptionally hard to find, and I'd personally use them again for other jobs.
