If you work out, hike, sit at a desk all day, or just want to take better care of your body, I cannot recommend her enough. She is incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time to explain what she is doing and why. This is so much more than a massage. Her fascial release work helped improve my mobility, relieve tightness and leave me feeling looser than I have in years. Nicole Fascia stretching technique was amazing! I experienced an injury to my hips years ago. I've never been to a stretch appointment before. I wasn't sure what to expect but I booked Nicole for tightness in my psoas that I couldn't reach alone. For the moment I walked into her sweet office, my shoulders dropped and I could breathe a little easier. Looking back, my stretch probably started at that moment. She has a presence that chilled me out- I trusted her immediately. Then I got on the table. She explained how the next hour would go, gave me an eye mask and told me she'd be taking over from them. There was never any pain, and I was able to fully give her control of my legs. I left feeling lighter and a little tingly throughout my body. I had my first weight lifting session the next day. I am recovering from dual hip replacement surgery. My legs have been stiff from the surgery and it's been affecting my sleep. I just so happened to run into Nicole at a local coffee shop. I tried to stretch treatment. Nicole stretched specific muscles that are never tended too which was amazing.
