He claims those are pastel colors and because I chose to go with designers choice (only chose that after seeing pictures on their website I figured I could trust the designer to hit on the marks that I was looking for, boy was I wrong) When I called to see if it can be fixed or thought maybe I didn't explain correctly, even though I specifically asked for flowers I liked to see in included I got the response of "well that's what the designer chose to do" Rude and unfriendly to say the least and he needs to learn how to manage a business for sure! So fair warning when ordering to be super specific as "Joe" put it on what you want. I can't believe this was delivered for my sisters birthday not only that but he said "well just have her bring it in to be fixed" I paid to be delivered smh what a mess never again!
