    Sandy & her team are seriously the best of the best! I only had her for day of coordinating but she went above & beyond to make sure we had the resources we needed & had several meetings with us to make sure she knew exactly what it was we wanted. And she made it happen! If there were any flaws I didn't know about them. From making sure our photographer was getting the photos we wanted to following us around with appetizers and drinks, she was on top of it all. Thank you Sandy! Our day was a dream come true thanks to you!

They didn't just "work" the event--they owned it with grace, professionalism, and care. What truly made our wedding day seamless was their ability to anticipate every need before we even realized it ourselves. Our wedding took place during an intense heatwave, and Tiffany and Karlie went above and beyond to make sure my husband and I were comfortable and cared for the entire day. From keeping us hydrated to bringing us drinks and appetizers in our bridal suite right after the ceremony--including our custom his-and-hers cocktails--they truly thought of everything. They also handled every single detail I brought to the venue--from bar signs and napkins to dinnerware and décor. I didn't have to lift a finger. They took my vision and brought it to life with care and precision, setting everything up exactly how I had imagined. They even double-checked with me on the little things to make sure everything was just right, and it absolutely was. There was a moment when the heat really started to overwhelm me, and I honestly think I would've had a meltdown if it weren't for their calm, thoughtful presence. I had never met her before and only found her company on Yelp, but after working with her, I don't think I'll ever plan another party without her. She sourced fantastic vendors and stayed with us throughout the entire event, making sure every detail went smoothly. My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Ashley as our day-of coordinator for our wedding in June, and I can say without hesitation that one of the primary reasons everything went off without a hitch (well, minus US getting hitched!) was thanks to having Ashley and IOTC as part of our day. 2. Ashley and IOTC offered us professionalism, wonderful help and insight, great communication, and just the best-ever attitude amidst my bridezilla-ness :) I felt ever-safe in Ashley's care - a notion that came to full light the day that she came with us to our final venue meeting when I really got to see her in action. Her calmness and her knowledge proved to be most spectacular assets in our final weeks, and we could not have done it without her! 3. And on that note, we are also beyond grateful for the extent to which Ashley and IOTC went above and beyond for being "simply" our day-of coordinator! Thank you for being our ACTUAL five-month coordinator and bringing our wedding to life, from the big picture to the details! We had quite a large wedding party to manage at the rehearsal dinner, and she did a terrific job of herding the many cats, as I like to call it. Most importantly, she is the sweetest spirit and really made me feel at ease as the bride. Her communication was great, with quick response times, just a text, call or email away if I had a detail to run past her. I knew she was taking care of everything, so I was able to relax and enjoy the day. Several people remarked that I seemed amazingly calm that day, so I know that this is in large part to the complete and total confidence I had in Rebecca :) Love her!!!

We chose a partial planning package so we could collaborate closely for the months leading up to the wedding, and it made all the difference. From table layouts to glow bars and all of the creative ideas in between, Jessica helped bring everything to life and together seamlessly. Jessica and her team always found solutions that made our vision possible and wedding day stress free. We also hired a full support team from Three Little Birds in addition to Jessica, our day of planner and Bre, our coordinator, and that decision paid off in a big way. The entire Three Little Birds team kept everything running smoothly and effortlessly, setting up, moving us through the ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing without a single hiccup. The event felt calm, organized, and joyful from start to finish, which allowed us to actually enjoy our day. We could not recommend Jessica and her team more highly.

    We had an unbelievably disappointing experience with 3 Little Birds for our chairs and linens…read morerentals during a corporate event. The team arrived almost an hour late, several seat cushions were visibly stained and even molded, the cushion covers were not all the same color we had asked for when booking, and some of their staff were rude to us. Members of our own team had to jump in to cover cushions, tie them to chairs, and set them up to attempt an on-time event start, despite having had many other things to take care of for the event. At one point, our own executive leadership, who had arrived to attend the event, were helping assemble chairs just to keep things moving. Post event, we expressed our extreme disappointment, and after some back and forth over the course of weeks, the company did acknowledge the issues and agreed to provide a partial refund. Unfortunately, despite months of follow-up and repeated assurances, it has now been over FIVE months, and the refund has still not been provided. I normally prefer to handle situations like this privately and give disappointing companies the benefit of the doubt. But the lack of follow-through and accountability has been incredibly frustrating here, so much time has been wasted with nothing to show for it. I am sharing our poor experience, complete with photos of how the rental items arrived, so others can make an informed decision when considering booking with this company.

    From the very beginning, Carlos was incredibly accommodating, professional, and helpful every step…read moreof the way. He came out to the venue beforehand, took the time to look at everything carefully, and gave us a fair quote. And I got several quotes! Carlos provided our tables, chairs, linens, drapery inside the hall, twinkle lights around the trees outside, and even helped bring a generator. Throughout the planning process, he was always patient and flexible with changes. I changed the linen colors at least three times within a month before the wedding, and he was always understanding and willing to work with us. The biggest thing was that less than 24 hours before the wedding, the original person who was supposed to do the drapery inside the hall unfortunately fell through. Carlos stepped in at the very last minute and completely exceeded our expectations. The drapery turned out absolutely beautiful and transformed the space perfectly. He even used REAL leaves for the leafing. Everything came together so beautifully thanks to him, and he truly helped make our wedding day special. We are so grateful for all of his hard work and highly recommend him to anyone looking for someone reliable, talented, and accommodating for their event.

    If I could give six stars, I would!…read more Perfect beginnings coordinated my July wedding and I couldn't have been happier with the results. Torie was so organized with the planning, yet made it seem effortless and fun. She was able to tailor the experience to what we wanted, helping us decide where to put more or less of our time or resources. She coordinate with everyone that was helping out for the big day. Most importantly, she was on top of her game ALL day on the wedding day! As the bride, I had full confidence that everything was taken care of and I was aware of ZERO problems because any small issue was handled immediately by Torie! We had an incredible day - it looked and felt perfect, and everything ran smoothly. Torie goes above and beyond. Looking back, I don't know how I would have done it all without Torie. I strongly recommend working with her - whether you are completely DIY or wanting an all-inclusive day, she will make it happen and fit it in your budget.

Torie was a godsend, the first time we met I kept saying oh my...I didn't even think of that. Torie served as coordinator for my son's December wedding and as I look back on that perfect day I cannot imagine having done it with out her! From our initial meeting, planning and advice, and her helping at the final hour she went above and beyond! I highly recommend Torie Daves!!
