We had an unbelievably disappointing experience with 3 Little Birds for our chairs and linens…read morerentals during a corporate event. The team arrived almost an hour late, several seat cushions were visibly stained and even molded, the cushion covers were not all the same color we had asked for when booking, and some of their staff were rude to us. Members of our own team had to jump in to cover cushions, tie them to chairs, and set them up to attempt an on-time event start, despite having had many other things to take care of for the event. At one point, our own executive leadership, who had arrived to attend the event, were helping assemble chairs just to keep things moving. Post event, we expressed our extreme disappointment, and after some back and forth over the course of weeks, the company did acknowledge the issues and agreed to provide a partial refund. Unfortunately, despite months of follow-up and repeated assurances, it has now been over FIVE months, and the refund has still not been provided. I normally prefer to handle situations like this privately and give disappointing companies the benefit of the doubt. But the lack of follow-through and accountability has been incredibly frustrating here, so much time has been wasted with nothing to show for it. I am sharing our poor experience, complete with photos of how the rental items arrived, so others can make an informed decision when considering booking with this company.

I changed the linen colors at least three times within a month before the wedding, and he was always understanding and willing to work with us. The biggest thing was that less than 24 hours before the wedding, the original person who was supposed to do the drapery inside the hall unfortunately fell through. Carlos stepped in at the very last minute and completely exceeded our expectations. The drapery turned out absolutely beautiful and transformed the space perfectly. He even used REAL leaves for the leafing. Everything came together so beautifully thanks to him, and he truly helped make our wedding day special. We are so grateful for all of his hard work and highly recommend him to anyone looking for someone reliable, talented, and accommodating for their event.
