I had to call a reliable Trane company in another town to get decent service. 100% would not recommend this company to someone looking for a trustworthy business to service their purchase.

They were exact in their work and got it all done in a timely manner. They have run power, outlets and etc. to a quonset hut for me in the past. This time, they replaced a fuze box and rewired my "greatroom to kitchen" remodel, fixed light switches and rewired power to install outlets into a plaster over brick wall above my fireplace for our new entertainment center. He then discovered that the Ameren contractors messed up and crossed our wires. He corrected Ameren's mistake and and called Ameren himself and waited with me until Ameren came out to verify and restore power. As it turns out, when the Ameren contractors hooked up the wires incorrectly it destroyed some of the electrical items in my home. So I also had him come out and replace our bathroom fan and a GFCI that Ameren's people destroyed. He was professional, honest, knowledgeable, and fairly priced. I would recommend this company to a friend or family member without hesitation!

I needed a person to look at my home electrical. My water heater fried so bad it had flame marks all over the top. The plumber said I needed my electrical box checked out because my breaker didn't work and could of made my home burn. So I waited a few days for the plumber. But he came right on the time he said he would come. Then after him telling me that I need everything checked out. I called to get a person to check the electric. Casey answered the phone and said he would be at my house at 7:30am. Well at 8am I called and left a message to call me or text if he was coming because I needed to let my work know when I was going to be there or if he wasn't coming I would just go to work. NEVER called back. I have called 5-6 times over the day and no returned calls. I am not a mean person so if he would of called or texted and said something came up I would of been ok with that and we could of found another date or I could of called someone else. But no no calls or text. I think this is so low. I would of worked with him but I needed my electric checked out so my house wouldn't burn, So I can take a shower and run my dishwasher. but I can't. I had my hopes up that I wouldn't have to go the guy to shower. I explained all of this to Casey. When someone or business gives you their word and then puts you in more of a bind, that isn't good. Now I have someone coming I hope on Tuesday. Wish me luck. But Casey isn't a man of his word. Sorry to say.
