I had to purchase their only jewelry offereing, which was expensive - $45 - and I was fine to pay for high quality materials. When wanting to purchase, I was told to wait so the piercer could replace it. The piercer spoke only of who did it, why the metal was junk and why it was that length. I took his recommendation for replacement. He it was brusque and slightly disgusted. Upon checkout, I was charged a piercing fee as well as jewelry. Over 100 bucks when I just needed a replacement ball. Fast forward a few months - the expensive piece fell out and I wanted to replace it with the same high quality materials. I went against my instincts and went back to support local business and artists. I was "informed" that they would have to order it as they do not recommend that piercing at all. I was told of the dangers of migration and tearing - and again heard an opinion about another studio and how bad an idea that piercing is.
