Product itself arrived fine. The issue is the return process. I followed the return address listed on their refund policy page and the package was returned by USPS marked undeliverable. I emailed the company twice with full documentation and received no response. If you order from this company, I'd recommend screenshotting their return address before shipping anything back, and paying with a credit card so you have chargeback options if needed. read more

Rcvd an email from manager@remedysnutrition.com 11-20-22 @ 1:00 PM With tracking number saying order was on its way. 11-22-22 @ 9:00 PM checked tracking number, says USPS waiting for shipment. Called Remedy's Nutrition 305-396-7028 on 11-23-22 @ 9:30 AM, no answer. Checked tracking info on 11-24-22 @ 7:30 PM, says USPS waiting for shipment. Called Remedy's Solution on 11-25-22 @ 9:30 AM, no answer. Got phone number from website, no option to leave message. So a week has past, credit card was charged, order hasn't shipped. I'll contact the C/C company and start a dispute which will be a hassle. Morale of the story, I still don't have the product that was paid for. Poor customer service. read more

Apparently masks are optional. Customers were not wearing masks. Guy behind the cash register or not wearing a mask put one on when I came in. The only people wearing masks for the nurses. Having been in many times, with hundreds of questions, all answered by an apparently very knowledgeable business owner, Maria, Im very happy to have found Remedys - a little holistic oasis alternative to traditional medicine on our little coral rock. If you're looking for it, they probably have it - dried herbs (leaf, root, blossom), tinctures, lotions and more. By the way, living in Key Largo is a unique experience. People here, including business-owners, are very casual. If someone regards their attitude as "unprofessional", I think they just really don't get the lifestyle of the Keys. This place is awesome!! the owners really care and are busy. If you want a real treat, see how pure the products are and talk to Gene or Maria, they are the bomb. The respond rapidly to request and literally saved the life of my cousin from a misdiagnosis from his doctor. In order to talk to them you need to set an appointment, but when you do it is not uncommon for them to take a full hour to speak with you, AWESOME. They specialize in Tissue Mineral Analysis (Hair Testing) and have a well organized staff to follow through. They have been in Key Largo for 42 years, they must be doing something right. Best product I think is the Detox Tea, does not give you a case of the quick step to the bathroom, but is very effective. Give it a try, you will not be disappointed! read more

We spend quite a bit if time in Key Largo and I was happy to see the arrival of Remedy's as a place to get healthy supplements, tinctures and herbs. I purchased the hair sample kit to determine vitamin and mineral health. An phone appointment was set up to discuss the results and recommended supplementation. I ordered the supplements twice (shipped), and before ordering the 3rd time, I called to ask a question of Gene (with whom I'd had the original consultation - and he'd told me to call him with any questions). I never received a call back after 3 tries over a month long period. Later, I got a call from the store saying I had a half hour consultation left and I could schedule another call with Gene. I told them I just had a quick question and had called several times, and he'd not called back. I was told I could only speak with him through a scheduled 30 minute appointment. I needed about 2 minutes, not 30. He had told me to call with any questions and they took a message each time I called (I told them about wanting to reorder and that I had a quick question). He may be busy, but it's a fairly small operation and it seems silly that he can't call back, or have someone else call. I love to support local businesses, but I won't be going back. Too many other fine places to get these products. read more

when i ordered this ip-6 bottle thru amazon, it came with no seal--dirty cap--and kleenex stuffed inside. obviously a mistake in sending an used old opened bottle with someones else's pills . when i politely contacted them to replace, they told me that was impossible and must have been damaged in shipping. (they are only 6 hours down the road from me)-----plus no one at post office would do that----plus the shipping mailer was not damaged-----and they basically told me i was lying, and to send it back and i pay shipping back. i told them to stuff it and set the bottle in storage for when i cooled off to write a review. so here it is...... i would never do business with them again, nor would ever recommend them to anyone. totally idiotic way of handling customers and just asking for a lawsuit. i had to get amazon to refund me as they wouldnt. read more

When someone claims to have a life changing experience, it is often unsubstantiated or a personal experience at best. However, in the 4 years I have been going to Remedy's for health advice, supplements and guidance, I can say my experience has been nothing less than life changing. When I first came to Remedy's in 2012, I was a lacrosse athlete at Coral Shores High School in my Senior year. I was 5' 8", 210lbs and about 26.5% body fat. My focus could be best described as "foggy", my eating habits were terrible, and my athleticism was far from my genetic potential. My general mood was about a 3/10, and in a few short months I would be attending University in Miami, along with the stress and the new challenges of college life. Nothing could have prepared me for what was about to happen next. I took the leap and bought the hair analysis, two weeks later my results were in and I was being consulted by Gene. My selenium levels were off the charts, obvious signs of physical and mental stress, my adrenals and thyroid glands were not functioning at homeostasis, my heavy metals were out of whack, and not to mention a whole slew of other problems.
