We found a home in record time, in part due to Carrie's ability to listen and adjust her home search strategy as she learned more about us and our preferences. She was a great thought partner, not afraid to disagree or offer an alternative point of view, and also encouraging and validating of our thoughts and feelings throughout the process. Carrie has an extraordinary network at her disposal for her clients as well. These experts, contractors, and fellow agents from across the valley, 1) provide specialized information about unique neighborhoods as needed, 2) back her up when her calendar is full so that her clients won't miss out on an opportunity, and 3) provide fair, qualified, and timely bids on services. Relocating from across the country into a complex market with new rules and challenges could have been overwhelming, but Carrie made it all seem easy. I feel fortunate not only to have had Carrie's support throughout this process, but I will cherish her as a valued part of my new Arizona network for a very long time.
