This past fall we were referred to Lorraine by my in laws, who had worked with her years before when they were selling their home. She's knowledgeable about homes, was able to spot potential issues, she was available to us all day, every day for questions. She helped ease our worries. I was very concerned about something happening and losing our earnest money deposit. Lorraine took the time to explain the process and how she intended to safeguard our money.
