She is an amazing person that truly CARES about her clients and for that I am forever grateful. She was able to get my policy down from $6K a year to $2K a year which means a lower commission for her but all she cared about was to find me the best deal with a reputable company. I am amazed and truly blessed to have connected with Jitka and I would recommend her to anyone looking for Life, Auto or Home Insurance as she is AWESOME!

It was a little awkward. My request to change beneficiaries seemed easy enough however I didn't know that each State Farm office dealt only with local policyholders. For example my policy was created and signed in Charlottesville Virginia where I grew up. So this location in Warrenton couldn't change anything on my policy. I would either have to go to Charlottesville to do that in person or they could fax and email documents print sign and send back. The lady I was sitting with who told me all of this was really nice. She even called the Charlottesville location and spoke to them helping me fix what I needed. Everything seemed to work out well enough but I think it's crazy each office handles local customers only and can't make changes themselves for "out of town" customers.
