Tom Bigoski has been my insurance agent for many moons and he is excellent. I first started working with Tom when he was a representative with another insurance agency, and they offered a suite of benefits to my employees. Tom's easy going, friendly manner, and focus on providing my employees with value-added services made it easy for us to choose him as a business partner. When I needed a new insurance plan for myself, I turned to Tom as well. I have been a personal client of his for many years, and I have always been impressed with his responsiveness and thoroughness. He goes out of his way to ensure he's giving his clients the best possible coverage for their personal needs, and the best service in their time of need. Having a personal insurance agent is better than going with one of the large providers and does not cost any more, so it's a clear choice over one of the big companies. read more

After years as loyal Amica Insurance customers, our recent move to Gainesville prompted us to explore other options--and we're so glad we did. Erie Insurance's outstanding ratings led us to Bigowski Insurance, and from our very first interaction, we knew we were in good hands. Leah guided us through the entire process with exceptional professionalism, responsiveness, and care. What could have been a tedious task turned into an easy and even enjoyable experience. Everything was handled smoothly, clearly, and efficiently--no surprises, no confusion, just excellent service. Best of all, Erie saved us hundreds of dollars a year compared to Amica, without sacrificing coverage or peace of mind. We can't recommend Bigowski Insurance enough. If you're shopping for insurance, talk to them first--they deliver top-tier service and real savings. read more

Tom has been super responsive and from day one took a very consultative approach to figuring our the best policy for our family, ways to improve our value in the policy all while reducing our speed. Highly recommend Tom to everyone in need of insurance. read more

I've been with the Bigoski Agency since the beginning and I'm not going anywhere unless Tom kicks me out (and even then I'll just padlock myself to his office door). We have our home, auto, life, and business insurance with him. If you need to make a change to a policy (sold a car, bought a car, took up skydiving) there's no delay, there's no stupid phone tree, you just make a call or send an email and it's DONE. A couple years ago I screwed up big time and kept ignoring the envelopes from Erie, assuming they were just privacy policy updates or something. I finally opened one and learned that no, there had been a problem with the ACH payments and my life insurance would be canceled... four days ago. Crap. I called Tom in a panic, sure I would get struck by a falling plane engine or something that day. He was travelling for a holiday and STILL got it handled for me while he was in the airport. You think you're going to get that from those losers with the gecko? Not hardly. Best. Agent. Ever. Period. read more

I have been a client of Tom Bigoski's for over nine years. Based in VA, and also licensed to work in PA, MD as well as the District of Columbia, the Bigoski Insurance Agency, specializes in home, auto and life on behalf of Erie Insurance. Tom answers all calls and emails promptly and is not shy of showing off his great sense of humor. It also isn't bad that his insurance premium quotes are competitively balanced. Give Tom a call and tell him Dave sent you. It's well worth the few minutes. read more

I asked Tom to look at my policy and he showed me a new policy that had equal or better coverage from a well-known highly rated insurance company (Erie). I was ecstatic with his finding and during my change over to Erie he helped me throughout the process and looked for areas for me to save more. He has always been quick to respond to my questions and helpful in every way i needed him to be. I highly recommend him and his agency! read more

Big shout out to the best agent in the biz...Tom Bigoski! Like many others in the Northern Virginia area my home sustained some significant damage during last month's wind storm and my ignorance on how to go about filing a claim and moving the process forward was no match for Tom's calm professionalism. From submitting my claim for me on a Saturday, to staying on top of Erie for status and getting me electronic copies of the outcome report while I was on vacation so that work could proceed in my absence, Tom was instrumental in facilitating a smooth resolution to a normally stressful situation. Several others in my neighborhood with competing agents/companies haven't been so lucky. We have home, auto and life policies with Tom and I'd highly recommend him to anyone looking for a friendly agent you can count on. read more

We've been with Tom for years now and have always had great service and advice. Needing insurance is like seeing a doctor, you never really want to have to use it (or see one), however, if the occasion arises and you do, it's comforting to know you can rely on them... that is exactly what you can expect from Tom! read more
