Tom Bigoski has been my insurance agent for many moons and he is excellent. I first started working…read morewith Tom when he was a representative with another insurance agency, and they offered a suite of benefits to my employees. Tom's easy going, friendly manner, and focus on providing my employees with value-added services made it easy for us to choose him as a business partner. When I needed a new insurance plan for myself, I turned to Tom as well. I have been a personal client of his for many years, and I have always been impressed with his responsiveness and thoroughness. He goes out of his way to ensure he's giving his clients the best possible coverage for their personal needs, and the best service in their time of need. Having a personal insurance agent is better than going with one of the large providers and does not cost any more, so it's a clear choice over one of the big companies.

Erie Insurance's outstanding ratings led us to Bigowski Insurance, and from our very first interaction, we knew we were in good hands. Everything was handled smoothly, clearly, and efficiently--no surprises, no confusion, just excellent service. Best of all, Erie saved us hundreds of dollars a year compared to Amica, without sacrificing coverage or peace of mind. We can't recommend Bigowski Insurance enough. Be wary of switching to Allstate. I was sent a proposal to switch insurance for a better rate…read more After canceling my old homeowner's insurance and switching, I was told that they could no longer honor the proposal due to 2 zero-dollar claims/inquiries in my history. I never knew a zero-dollar claim/inquiry counted against me. Regardless, they should have checked their claims database BEFORE sending me the proposal instead of after. I then had to scramble to find another insurance company and to add insult to injury, Allstate charged me for the time they had "covered" me. To fail to honor their proposal and cause many hours of effort and frustration is unprofessional and poor customer service. To be billed for their error is (in my opinion) unethical.
