History
Established in 2009.
Daniel Mathews, head chef and owner of Relish Cuisine trained with the Four Season Hotel Group in both Vancouver, Canada & Dublin, Ireland. He also spent 5 years working for the Sheraton hotel Group in Canada & was later transferred back to his native Ireland to join the 5* Fitzwilliam Hotel, St Stephens Green as executive chef. After 5 years in the Fitzwilliam he decided to launch his own catering company "Relish Cuisine".
Relish Cuisine now caters for many of the foreign embassies, corporate & private businesses along with many celebrity clients.
