The voicemail states that the business is no longer supporting new residential customers (only existing residential customers with support plans). I very much appreciated the clear message so I didn't waste time leaving a voicemail and waiting on a return call. Now back to Yelp to try and find someone else.

But you can't get one with the CD drive anymore, and I still use mine for my outdated exercise videos and movies on the plane. So I consulted Joseph at Portland ComputerWorks about a tune up. He recommended I increase my memory, replace the battery and get a solid state hard drive. His pricing came in at under $400.00. He also cleaned the interior and tightened the hinge for the screen. I love the result! This machine should go on now for at least two more years. It's like having a new machine! I do not live anywhere near Portland ComputerWorks, but it was Joseph's appraisal, manner and trustworthiness that made me leave my personal grid. I won't go anywhere else in the future.
