The cherry on top is this has been happening for almost a year an unbeknown to me they have been reporting me to the Credit Bureau for non payments on my loan, so not only do they get their money every month from me they are also destroying my credit score over the same transaction. After this experience I wouldn't even considered a withdraw from one of their ATM's in fear they will bill me a year later and report me for non payment

They paid a charge after the account was closed and the account was classified insufficient funds . Customer service is pointless cuz is they would learn how to read : they would recognize the account owner. 1.) Good thing for bank statements cuz it states the correct information 2.)
