The other company really made me feel like I was a bother to them and they really were not interested and almost trying to blow me off and I should just take their word for everything they say, write a check and be done with it. Why? Because as they told me, they are the "biggest company in the field". Snobby might be a better word. I simply did not like that experience at all. So we decided to have a whole house water softener and Reverse osmosis system installed by Water Boy. In addition we had them install an ozone cold water wash system on our washer. Every part of the experience was fantastic! They totally take the time with you to be certain you get the correct system for your home (and I asked a lot of questions). The entire experience from the very first contact was as friendly and professional as you can get and the installation, sales, and office people were great. This is a family owned business and it is very clear that customer service and going out of their way to make certain customers are satisfied is of their primary concern. And it is very easy to see that they totally enjoy what they do. I liked that he came with the right tools for the job and clearly knew what he was doing. He made sure everything was done exactly right and explained the water softener in detail. We have been using them for salt deliveries, which have been on time and reliable. Devin looked at my water heater and told me that I do need a new water heater. Devin suggested that I get a 50 gallon water heater. I was flabbergasted! 50 gallons! Wow! I have never had a 50 gallon water heater! Devin told me that if I get a 50 gallon water heater, that I'll be able to run the dishwasher and the washing machine, and still be able to fill the bathtub to the top with hot water. Really? To the top?, I said. Well what about the added cost for heating a bigger tank, I asked Devin. Devin told me that peace of mind from being able to take a hot bath and run all the other appliances at the same time will far outweigh the added cost of heating up 10 extra gallons of water--which wont cost that much more. Well, Devin was right! Now I can wash my clothes, wash my dishes, and lay in my filled-to-the-top with hot water bathtub relaxing and lustening to thebother apoliances working too. Inspected by city inspectors too. Call us (519 344 7730) and get all two pages of costly screw ups they refused to make right. ie. "effectively turned nine floor joists into 2x6's; didn't reconnect the air ducts...just left them sitting so it looked like they were connected. I checked before the ceiling went up; cut a floor joist completely through and left it hanging, hidden behind abs pipe they installed.
