At first, it was a process to get to the right part of the building and correct person. I'm here to help you know before you go. So first off there is a few videos attached to the review that will help but basically if you are infront of the main building facing it walk to your right till you see a parking lot then walk through the parking lot and on the left you will see the door marked OHIO Means Jobs. Go through the door and upstairs to the main floor. There is a reception desk and this is where it was a little clunky the first guy told me to go check in on the computer then the second person asked me what I needed and didn't even know I had already checked in on the computer she hooked me up with Nicole. Nicole came out and well told me the truth. My resume for this day and age was no good. She is brilliant and very helpful. I am so glad I went here today. I was told by another that I would have to pay $750 to get help with my job inquiries and resume. She explained to me what was the most effective way to take my experience and skills and organize it in a way recruiters would give me interviews. I have never had an issue with this agency they were able to fix, however I have run into several issues such as being suspended for jobs I did not accept, discrepancies with my pay, the office not answering, being sent to incorrect locationa, and more. all of these issues I basically just had to "wait it out" and nobody ever resolved any of them. Currently I'm on a 30 day suspension for a job I was unaware I somehow accepted in the app. This is the second time this has happened and I received no explanation or assistance with this.
