I've been going here for years for shoe repair, but I haven't written a review, because I never…read moreknew the name of this business. It's in a nondescript shopping complex. Very hard to find and very easy to miss. There's really no signage outside that let you know it's a shoe repair shop; except there's all these things in the window that say shoe repair. The only reason I started coming here is that my old dry cleaner was located next-door; and even that dry cleaner has since gone out of business. This shop has really good customer service and they do really good work. Other people seem to know about this place since the employees are always working on shoes.

Deceptive business practices. Take your alterations someplace else to avoid surprises!!! They…read moretold me the deposit was $40 to alter my suit when it was dropped off. I asked two times before I left what the total amount would be when picking up the items. I was told "that is it" and "the total is $40." $40 was written on the ticket in two places and I received the stub without any prices. When I came back to retrieve the suit, one of the $40 amounts on the original ticket was scratched out and additional numbers were written in with a different pen with a new total of $110. They also had a blue sign above and to the left of the register that stated: "payment in full is due at the time of drop-off." This sign was taken down after the first time I attempted to get a partial refund. When it comes to commonly tailored items, this business should know and post their prices so there are no surprises. They should also put the total on the ticket when the items are dropped off. At the very least, they should tell you the total amount when asked. Had I known the true total, I would've had fewer things altered on the suit. In the end, this business accepted no accountability for not telling me the correct total when I asked or providing an accurate total on the ticket at drop-off. They also refused to offer any sort of partial refund for any portion of the excess amount I was not expecting to pay when I dropped of the suit.

Great pricing! Super fast turnaround time! Would 100% recommend!…read more I had a dress that was insanely big on me in some areas and I sat on it forever before trying to take it to get tailored. I dropped it off on a Tuesday and they had it ready for me the following Monday. I think they could've done it faster but I didn't need it until later that week. The adjustments were perfect and the dress fit me like a glove!! I was worried that it may be a little expensive to make the changes I wanted but it was only $25 because my dress was only one layer. They definitely have a customer for life in me. Note: I have a colostomy so thats why I have a bulge but they altered it I'm the perfect places to make sure I had room for my ostomy!
