I found them and compared quotes, but was sold with friendly service over the phone. Stopped by and checked out some chairs with grandma, found one she likes and was reasonably priced. They taught us how to work it properly and have taken it for maintenance since grandma loves the thing but isn't too careful with it! We rarely have to wait long for service, plus manager at the warehouse is great to work with, they treat you with kindness and respect, and has patience with the elderly unlike other places we had to deal with in the past.

The problem? We broke the joystick controller in the first week! Cucamonga Medical did not sell us this chair (although they do sell the model -- Pride Jazzy Carbon-- which I highly recommend -- it is light, foldable and durable). With travel reservations within days, we needed a replacement controller or we would have to cancel some very expensive trips. The $400 part was nowhere to be found online. Scott was kind enough to work his magic, and not only sourced the controller, but nudged the manufacturer to replace it under warranty. FREE, and they even paid for expedited shipping because Scott asked them to. Scott did not have to do this. He didn't even sell us the original chair. He made zero profit on this transaction. He did it out of the goodness of his heart. Everyone at Cucamonga Medical Equipment/ Mobility Toys was friendly, kind and super responsive. Their storefront is a little cubby in an industrial park, but if you take the time to go in, you'll see that they sell a variety of accessibly items -- wheelchairs, accessories, shower chairs, cushions, etc. It's worth the visit. Plus they rent equipment like beds and wheelchairs. Highly recommend!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Arrow Lift. A mistake made by their technician…read moreleft my residential elevator in worse condition than when they arrived. One of the elevator doors has been locked shut, which is completely unacceptable--especially for equipment meant to provide accessibility. What makes this even more frustrating is that it is taking three days for Arrow Lift to return and fix a problem caused by their own error. As of now, the door remains locked, creating an ongoing accessibility issue. Customer service has been virtually nonexistent. Everyone I have spoken with has been condescending, dismissive, and uninterested in taking responsibility or correcting the mistake. The manager, Kelsey, in particular, was rude and condescending and has no business speaking to customers in the manner that she did--especially when Arrow Lift is clearly at fault. If you are in need of a wheelchair lift, residential elevator, or any accessibility equipment, I strongly urge you to choose a different company. Reliability, accountability, and basic customer respect are severely lacking here.
