We have used Eric for a whole house cleaning and were blown away with how affordable and detailed he is with the care. I had him back to remove a pink stain on my cream colored carpet and its looks fantastic. But the job he did in July 2019 with the chocolate peanut butter ground into my carpet was A-MAZ-ING!! You cant even see where it was and this is a week after the cleaning. UPDATE- It's January 2020 and no stain has resurfaced which I have to say is the RESULTS you want when paying for carpet care. read more

Hi Eric, I know you are tuning another business as glam fun party rental. Same name, Eric, same phone number. Let's be legitimate, you didn't show up as you promised. Then, it will be fair that we ask you send us back our deposit. And stop blocking your customer, that's not the way to solve the problem and how should you trade your customer. read more

They're scammer they ask for a deposit and never show and block you stay away from them

2 times !!!! booked an appointment with Eric. Says he's with Reliable Carpet Cleaning. Never shows up. Gave me a price of $90 for one room carpet & one area rug cleaning. He reaches out to you in a text, so beware ! Don't wait on this guy to come & waste your day. read more

Funny how this company is called "reliable" when they are definitely NOT reliable what so ever!! They cancel on you last minute and also keep your deposit. Stay away from this business!! read more

‼ATTENTION‼ Julia and Eric Pacheco are SCAMMERS!!! They find outrageous reasons to keep your deposit and sometimes they don't even show up to your event. They decided to keep my deposit because the ball pit balls were " very dirty" and the slide needing to be repaired aka repainted. Upon delivery they also request for an additional deposit. The slide that was dropped off was a plastic blue slide that was painted white. It is very unsafe to provide a slide that has been painted over. First of all, we do not know what paint was used. In addition, this is a slide that is meant for toddlers who will be sliding. The kids actually had chipped paint on their nails and clothing. Very unsafe and hazardous. As you know, kids put their fingers in their mouth constantly. It is a safety hazard that may be toxic. Obviously, Eric and Julia did not use the appropriate paint because if they had, it would not have chipped. It easily chipped without effort. Can it be that they know the paint will chip off and use it as an excuse to keep deposit? Absolutely! The slide was in poor condition to begin with, obviously it was done poorly and a plastic slide shouldn't be painted over. I also noticed that during the delivery, the employees were cleaning the equipment because it was dirty when it was delivered. When we explained this to Eric, he immediately got very defensive and aggressive Eric stated there would be a $70 charge to "repair" aka repaint the slide. OK, but where is the rest of my deposit? why wasn't I notified that the balls were " very" dirty when we discussed the slide? It's been 11 days since my event, and I have not received my refund from my deposit. They have blocked me and have not responded to my messages. Before booking them, consider reading the reviews on Yelp. They have other businesses and are scamming those customers as well. You can find them under: GlamFun Rentals, GlamHouse Beauty Academy, GlamHouse by Dream Nails JP and Reliable Carpet Cleaning. Consider before booking‼ read more

I gave to say Eric did an amazing job cleaning the carpets in two of my bedrooms. the carpets were extremely dirty. The last owners of the house left them so bad, Eric didn't even think they were going to come out clean, he was honest with me before he even started but I told him to go ahead and he did an amazing job he really did. He also cleaned two large area rugs for me which came out beautiful along with that he cleaned the sofa and a white living room chair that is white again, lol, Eric left everything really clean and smelling fresh he did a great job I highly recommend Eric to anyone who needs their carpet or upholstery clean read more

Horrible. Scheduled an appointment. Confirmed appointment. On the day of the appointment he didn't show up. I texted him asking where he was an hour after the appointment time. I had already moved everything out of the rooms FYI. All he said was sorry. Had an emergency. Unprofessional completely. Had to call another company who actually showed up on a last minute call. read more

I've known this carpet cleaning service especially Eric for quite sometime now and he does superb work. At one time I've ask him to do my couch and to my surprise it turn out to be amazing job like a brand new. He value his work and also the price is reasonable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to my friends and highly commended. read more

By far the worse service I've ever had! DO NOT USE THIS GUY! This guy did my carpets a few days ago. First he showed up late. I never saw him use a deodorizer which I asked him to. He rushed through the whole thing. Only 15 minutes for my whole house. He then said it would be $100 when we already agreed for $60. He's a liar and completely unprofessional!! Plus it didn't take two hours for the carpet to dry like he said. IT TOOK 2 DAYS FOR IT TO DRY! Now my house stinks like moldy wet carpet. It also has a rusty film color to the top of it. Stains are coming up after only two days. I had light gray carpets, now their a rusty brown color. I HAD TO CALL ANOTHER CARPET COMPANY TO FIX THE DAMAGE THAT HE DID. They told me that he (Eric) ruined my carpets. Which makes me upset because my carpets were new. Less then a year old. THIS GUY IS A FRAUD! Google his number, and you'll see for yourself this guy has a BAD rep. read more

I can't remember how I found Eric, but I have been using him for years now. He is reliable, affordable, clean and careful with everything in my house. Eric has cleaned my carpets, rugs, sofas and dining room chairs. He makes the process so easy! it's a no-brainer 'recommend' read more

Eric did a great job cleaning our office after my boss' fish aquarium leaked all over the floor. (Yuck!) We contacted Eric late in the afternoon and he was able to do the job the very next morning. I appreciate it when service professionals are ready to work instead of just showing up to provide an estimate with an actual job date scheduled for the 10th of never! I will definitely use Reliable Carpet Care again. Eric did a really nice job here! read more

This guy does a really nice job, definitely the best guy I ever found on Craigslist, ha ha! He is low maintenance, meaning you can set it up by text and he is a one man operation, no drama! I have him show up every six weeks because I have many pets and old carpet. He makes my life easier and is honest, reliable and hard working. It's nice to work with a young person with a great attitude. read more

I found Reliable Carpet Cleaning on Craigslist. I made an appointment for the following week. I received a confirmation call from Eric the night before. He was on time. Took about 2 1/2 hours to clean my 1700 sq ft home. He was courteous and my family was happy with the results. read more

reliable, dependable and thorough with his work. have been using his services for over 5 years plus! he is the man!!

I found Reliable carpet cleaning online and hired them to clean my apartment since I moved out and wanted to get my deposit back. They told me it would $21 per room, I told them on the phone that there was some pet stains and high traffic stains, and they told me it wasn't a problem. Once he came he said I needed to pay extra for the stains for special cleaner. I told him it was fine as long as it got out the stain and smell. Once he was done the carpet was soaking wet, so I couldn't really tell if the stains were gone, so I paid him and left with the windows open to air out. I came back the next day and it was dry. read more

The name says it all! Eric is extremely nice, professional and reliable. We have used his services for very small carpet jobs, water extractions and large commercial office cleanings - whatever we throw his way he has nailed it! :) read more

I have hired Eric 2 or 3 times before in the past year. While their CL ad states $29.99 for three rooms, they hike up the price for "deep cleaning." Fine. He has charged me $60 in the past for two rooms plus hallway. I texted yesterday , made appointment, reminded him how much he has charged me in the past. He said ok. Today, 15 minutes before appointment time, he texts stating he is on his way. I say ok. I did not see the additional text where he says it will be $75 I move the furniture and get the place ready, he shows up, says it is $75 and that he texted me the price while he was on his way. I admit to having an outburst, but just agree anyway, as he was there. I let him know that I find this an unethical business practice. You do not advise a repeat customer of a price hike while you are on your way to the job. If he had told me of the additional cost the day before, I would have had the option of saying yes or no. He did not care, was totally clueless to how to treat a loyal customer. It is not that $75 is unreasonable, he just went about it all wrong. Also, in the past I have added on $10 for a tip. Not today. So for the extra $5 in his pocket he gets a bad Yelp rating . read more
