We both agreed. On June 6th, 2025 I gave him 1/2 of the 50% down ( cash). Two days later I gave the remaining balance. Which was 6/8/2025. He then proceeded to send me pictures of windows etc & stated that he would start on Tuesday June 10,2025. I assumed that he went and pulled a permit.Because you cannot put windows in in seminole county without one. The minute I mentioned this Adam stated oh, I'll get one of my GM friends to pull it. He never came to do my windows yet. He accepted my money. For someone who's in business thirteen years, he should have known prior to taking a deposit from a customer. Wherefore, from 6/10/2025, i still do not have my windows nor a refund. He stated in a text to me I'll just send your $ back. I have texted him numerous of times and he keeps saying I'm gonna send you something. I said, what do you mean something? He used my money for other purposes. I would never ever do business with this kind of a person. How dare him take a customer's money and go spend it on other resources. Everyday for 4 days Adam kept texting, I send you some money back. He actually wanted a payment plan. This company had absolutely no legal right to use my deposit of $4,250.00 for other projects. Now, I have to report him to every agency available.File a police report of FRAUD & THEFT . I am a Senior Citizen & on disability * disabled. I am blown away and how he has handled this. He has blown me off. He hasn't sent any money.Today is 6/22/2025. I have never in my entire life. Have given anyone a bad review even though they deserved it. Because everyone can have a bad day. But this needs to be know & people need to realize if they hired this company, this is what can happen to them. I have all the paperwork to support what I have written here tonight.

I purchased my home here in Palm Coast, FL on Oct 18, 2021. I met a lot of contractors to do the work, and finally chose to hire Jose Collado (AG Construction aka AG Pavers) after doing a lot of research for the best option. Since I was new to the area, I relied on past review history and am so glad I hired Jose. Check him out on home advisor/Angie's list. His crew and work staff were timely, respectful, and did a very good job. He oversaw quite a few projects: Pavers - patio, porch, side, and pathway around garden (completed October) Flooring entire interior (completed October) Interior and Exterior Painting (completed October) Master and Spare Bathroom updates (completed February) Lighting throughout house (completed October) Kitchen /laundry room renovation (completed February) Lots of other little add-ons were also done, I can't begin to list them all! The few delays we had were due to delays in receiving bathroom and kitchen cabinets, but workers were super at planning around it. When I look back and consider what was becoming a new norm - all the crazy supply issues, and ability to even find good workers, I am amazed how blessed I was to see it all get completed within four short months. Jose's crew began work 10/20/2021 and had it all done by February! Jose was a great communicator and easy to work with. He helped oversee an excellent group of guys who all worked to make my Palm Coast house a "brand new" and cozy home. These guys are honest and work to complete satisfaction. You won't be disappointed if you hire Jose.

It was a very heavy metal shelf for the garage that required extra 2 x 4 bracing in the attic, so that it could hang from the ceiling. Multiple folks said they could do it until they came out and saw how heavy it was. Moose didn't even hesitate. He said he could do it and he did. He also did it in the middle of the afternoon when it was probably close to 100* in the attic. It didn't even phase him. We were so impressed, we asked him to replace a bunch of our lighting throughout our home and a couple of exhaust fans, sure enough he did that too. We highly recommend Moose and we are so grateful to have someone in our community with such a great work ethic and personality.
