I was dragging, constantly exhausted, and seemed like I was sick with some gunk every other week. We try to eat healthy and I knew I was short on sleep with 4 kids, but I needed some kind of help. I went to see Laura for a consultation. It was SO wonderful to have someone validating all my symptoms, and listening so intently to all my issues! She said it sounded like my adrenals were shot, and recommended a tincture and a tea blend to steep overnight. Within a few days, I felt like an entirely new woman! I couldn't believe what a huge difference it made! I am so grateful to Laura and her team, they are a godsend. Now I call them whenever I have a random trouble, internal or external, with myself or my family members. They are always more than happy to offer advice and remedies, and their remedies are high quality and shockingly affordable. I highly recommend them!

This was only my second visit to the spa, unfortunately it will be my last…read more After I left a message to make a spa appointment, the staff member who called me back booked the wrong spa package. I did not know this until my service was completed. The front desk staff were unable to locate my prepaid gift certificate. The two employees at the front desk tried to assist, but one of them was especially unprofessional throughout the process. In addition, the spa was poorly stocked with the basic necessities. Guest had to leave the locker area and ask staff for towels, and other items because they were not readily available. To make matters worse, I ordered a drink and didn't receive it until after my service was completed, making the order pointless and highlighting the lack of attention to customer service. What was most disappointing was despite all of these issues, I never received a follow-up call from the spa manager to discuss my experience or address my concerns. Overall, the experience was disorganized and disappointing. Between the confusion over my gift certificate, the unprofessional staff, the lack of amenities, and poor service, I will not be returning.

If given the extra time in my schedule I'd much rather travel a bit more in order to go to the Post Falls location. The gals at the CDA location are always in a bad mood and extremely rude. Two days ago I walked into the CDA location, besides the employee... I was the ONLY one in the salon. No "How's your day?" Instead it was an immediate "Do you have a mask?" While I was still stepping through the door! Customer service was Definitely not top notch that day. But really no different than any other really. After I was told to put a mask on I was then reminded that my perk for the month with my VIP membership was 30% off one transaction. How exactly did she expect me to figure out what products I wanted to purchase with a face covering on? Lol After I tanned k headed straight to the Post Falls location where I felt confident they'd be able to assist.
