Douglas, at Live Well Medicine, treated me weekly with acupuncture to help heal my injury so I would be able to walk the 150 miles. He also helped me plan a training schedule to prepare for my trip. Throughout my healing and then training he was encouraging and supporting me in my plan. Without the kind and thoughtful help and treatment from Douglas this trip would most likely not have happened.
