I look forward to seeing her each time because she is helping me so much with several chronic issues. Go see Brandy and while you are there get a facial from one of the estheticians and take a relaxing break from your day. I've seen several estheticians and they were both fantastic. The Dermalogica brand of skin care they use is well worth every penny. It's great on my skin and cruelty free too. What are you waiting for? Go now!

Today, my husband and I went for a Valentine's couples massage - we bought a package for dinner at Folklore, Massage at Kairos, and painting date at Artisan Republic. I have never fallen asleep during a massage before. Amazing experience - today especially;

She provided attention to detail of what was needed to soothe my sore muscles and mind. I did a combo service of massage with reiki. She is skilled and intuitive. I will definitely contact Releaf to request Karen the next time I am visiting Hershey.

If you are a man and work out (or use your muscles for anything), you should schedule an appointment. Alainna has a tremendous understanding of the human body and uses that knowledge to relieve tension. She has helped me loosen up tight muscles, which in turns helps me perform better at pretty much everything I do. If you are looking for a deep tissue, therapeutic type massage, you can stop your search. Alainna is the last person you will need to 'try'. She is great!! Follow up.... I took my daughter to see Alainna. She dances at CPYB, and was looking for supplemental work to aide with her ballet. Alainna was great with her (it was her first massage). We are looking forward to the impact in her dancing!!

Okay, I have been a patron of Mending Roots since March, and as of today I have had a massage and…read moreinteracted with every person who works there. Each massage I've had has been unique and completely what I needed at that time. The massage therapists there really work off intuition and you're not going to get the same session from each practitioner. One of the therapists is also a nutritionist with an holistic approach and another is also a life coach! Lovely, lovely experience each visit. I've also taken a yoga class there from Zoe. She does free yoga once a month so I felt like it was a really good opportunity to get in and try out the space. There are other instructors there (and please forgive me, I'm a little ignorant when it comes to types/styles of yoga) who teach/guide classes where you memorize the flow and they are there to assist you further into a pose or help you get into a handstand, whatever. I have ONLY OBSERVED these classes, I am not that advanced yet. When Bobbi Misti comes back in May 2018, I may try to take on the class! They also have a great gift/salve/tincture/essential oil boutique. I seriously think this is a hidden gem for gift shopping. I think everything they have is locally made, so that's pretty cool that they're supporting other local businesses in their business. IN CLOSING.....I highly recommend the ladies and gentleman who provide classes and services here. It truly is a loving, safe space and it's a little escape every time I go in there.

For the last 3+ years I've been visiting another business that provided wonderful massages, however the inside noise was unacceptable. On multiple occasions there were loud voices and disruptive conversations that detracted largely from the relaxation that business promoted. Mount Joy Massage and Wellness is close to my home so I figured I'd try them out. On first impression I was deeply concerned about the openness of the space and that, again, the noise would detract from the experience. Boy was I wrong! I was aware of another customer entering the business but after that I heard nothing. I was able to relax and enjoy my massage in peace. Beverly is exceptional and I enjoyed this massage very much. My only regret is that I didn't book a longer session. I will absolutely return!
