The massage itself was excellent--the therapist was great--but the payment situation ruined it. I was shocked to find out they're cash only. In the past, I've always paid with my debit card, so this made no sense. Instead of leaving relaxed, I had to walk to an ATM, get hit with fees from both the machine and my bank, and come back just to pay. To make matters worse, there wasn't a single sign anywhere stating "cash only." That's completely unfair to customers and left a bad impression. The service was great, but until they clearly post their payment policy, I won't be rushing back which is unfortunate because I do enjoy my massages here.
