Absolutely amazing! It was as easy as calling and setting up an appointment. I went in and explained my problems with the nerve damage in my back and they not only helped me get what I need to help relieve the pain they even told me how I could fix it with physical therapy. I've been to 3 other physicians and not one of them told me how I could try and fix my nerve damage. They only refer me to other physicians and told me to take 2 Aleve for the pain twice a day. Which isn't something I want to rely on for the rest of my life. I finally got fed up with going to UrgentCare to try and figure out what was wrong and set up an appointment with Relaxed Clarity to get my med card and I went in got my evaluation and an answer that 3 other physicians wouldn't do. I absolutely loved this location! I have been to Relaxed Clarity before but they have a few different locations. So far, this location is THE BEST! They are super friendly, clean, and knowledgeable. The building has many business inside and when I entered the building I was looking for the bathroom. Little did I know at the time, but the nurse from Relaxed Clarity could tell I was looking for something, asked if she could help, and pointed me in the right direction. When I entered the Relaxed Clarity Suite I saw it was her and felt so delighted to know how much she enjoys her job. The doctor is very friendly and makes you feel comfortable. Dr. Ray was absolutely fantastic and it turned out that we had the six degrees of separation thing going on as he had a relative who lived in my very small hometown in Texas. Sherri was fantastically warm and inviting and explained the process to me in detail. This place is 1st rate. Went back for a second year to renew my med card. Had been going up north to the Broomfield location. Was just too far of a drive. Found out last year they opened a Denver office - much closer to me. The doctor was great and the entire staff a pleasure to be around. Very polite, knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and treated me with respect. It takes a little while to get through it all but what doctors office is any different in the time spent in there anyway. I highly recommend this office to get your med card renewed. read more

This is the place to go, friendly people, helpful, sincere and honest. The kind of place you hear about but never can seem to find. I give these folks a 5 STAR review. They know how to help specific needs. Most places are not so focused on your wellbeing. I recommend this group for medical needs beyond standard pill therapies. Relaxed Clarity is an amazing place to go and get your Redcard! There for you after to exam too! I had an issue with the online state renewal, an email to them was all I needed to get the problem resolved quickly. The state has yet to respond to my request for help! Do yourself a favor if you plan on dropping by. Print off all your paperwork and fill it out before your appt., and do the online state application too. Amazing people and organization! This is a horrible business! I am disabled and "jonnee" the manager treated me like a prisoner. I waited for the doctor for an hour and then they did not even send me my card as discussed. The worst most incompetent employee in this disaster of a card renewal facility is the manager jonnee. He is a tall chunky illiterate blonde man in his thirties with a huge attitude!
