Sailee was so warm and thoughtful from the moment we arrived. She gave us time to settle in and set our intentions, then guided us through a beautiful meditation and sound bath. We left feeling refreshed, and we spent dinner talking about how wonderful the experience had been. I'm so grateful to Sailee for the care she put into our time together. Sailee has a true gift for making people feel seen, cared for, and completely at ease. She helped make a day that was already special to our family even more memorable. I have seen a tremendous improvement in my mental health in the past few months. I have a better understanding of my priorities, who I am and what I want and a sense of inner peace. All of this has come from not the sessions alone but incoporaring the practices suggested by Kaurna into my daily life and making those a habit. She is extremely pleasant to talk to. No matter how difficult the topic, there is no judgement at her end, only understanding and acceptance. She cares about people and that comes through. I am very greatful to have found her. I was prescribed anti-anxiety medicine at the hospital. After how I felt with taking my first dose at home, I knew I had to do something else that seem more "natural" to help me manage my anxiety. I obviously change some habits i.e no caffeine but I knew I needed something else to help. So I decided to come to the Reference Point for some supplements. I went through a treatment with them that was also going to help me with my thyroid disorder. After completing my treatment, I could say I was able to manage my anxiety better. In reference to my thyroid disorder though, I know I had to continue with it in order to get results towards that. I still keep going to them to buy the supplements that help me with my anxiety. If you are looking for a more holistic approach to any health issues, I say give the Reference Point a try. The supplements are expensive but you can tell them directly what is your budget and they will recommend which supplements are best to buy at the time of purchase. The location is a bit hidden as it's in a small plaza with other business surrounding it. I recently visited them a few months ago and just so you can know the practitioner Anankha is not working in the office anymore. You would have a Skype call with her and then her staff would help you with the supplements.

I have been wearing an Aircast for months and decided to try acupuncture for the first time. I went through my insurance to find a provider near me. I called, left a voicemail and she called back quickly, the process was seamless to get started and more importantly I was able to schedule an appointment that same week. She emailed me some general intake forms that I brought in for the first appointment and she told me to eat a good breakfast and wear loose and comfortable clothing. During the first consult she was nice, attentive and asking great questions to better understand the struggles I had faced since breaking my toe. She asked me to lay down and she started her "magic"...I am not trying to diminish her passion, commitment and extensive studies she has done to be able to practice this healing treatment. I say magic only because flash forward to now, 6 treatments in and going weekly and I feel wonderful, little by little since the first appointment I have noticed improvement and the pain has lessened tremendously. The magic is in truly feeling well, and realizing what it means to not have daily pain. It really is all about mind, body and soul in healing. I have a high tolerance to pain, but that doesn't mean that I should be suffering daily. Once she inserts the needles in various points, you are laying down in a wonderful warm, cocoon of a room as you think wonderful, positive, happy thoughts. Keep in mind that you leave soooo relaxed, so try to schedule your appointments when you are not rushing and stressing out after, so this mindset lingers for awhile longer. She is an amazing and a wonderful woman and I only have great things to say about her. She takes various insurance plans but I know she also does appointments where you would just pay out of pocket. If you have done acupuncture or are hesitant and never have tried it, I highly recommend her. Give yourself this act of self-care.
