We hired Milly to help us with some personnel issues in our company. In addition, we had a power-hungry manager who wanted to fire everyone! Milly interviewed all the appropriate parties, and came up with an excellent plan of action. She talked to everyone separately, and then later as a group. We did end up terminating one employee whose behavior was, sadly, egregious. And another employee, who had been unfairly terminated by the power-hungry manager, was actually rehired, because she was a very loyal person, and an excellent addition to the team.
