It was obvious to me that that the leadership at ME really understands the local community, offering in-person care at days and times that work well for the people who work and study there and in surrounding areas. I found them to be culturally attuned and current as well. They take at least one insurance plan that I know of, which is hard to find in private practice settings. I think Fremont is a better place with Mindful Evolutions in it. Anyone in the east bay looking for therapy would benefit from looking into their offerings and availability.

We hired Milly to help us with some personnel issues in our company. We had several employees who…read morewere not getting along at all, and others who had developed "cliques", and were even texting and gossiping about the boss on a company iPad. In addition, we had a power-hungry manager who wanted to fire everyone! Milly interviewed all the appropriate parties, and came up with an excellent plan of action. She talked to everyone separately, and then later as a group. We did end up terminating one employee whose behavior was, sadly, egregious. And another employee, who had been unfairly terminated by the power-hungry manager, was actually rehired, because she was a very loyal person, and an excellent addition to the team. She has now been with us for 6 years. Milly dealt with all of these issues with a totally calm demeanor, no matter what she was up against. The employees (and managers) all respected her, because she could see right people's excuses. I highly recommend Milly for any type of counseling. She's a rare delight!

She helped me understand so much more about myself and patterns and how to find resolutions and even how to honor myself for all the good things that make me, me. She gave me validation I never understood I needed and made me feel safe and calming down my nervous system, which for years was tested. She offered plenty of resources for different things we discussed which I appreciate the heck out of her for. If I could I would have continued sessions with her as I just looked forward to speaking with her and working with her to gain strength in my thoughts and emotions and find better constructive solutions to just about any scenario, I just didn't have the financial means to continue. But I think of her often and how grateful I am for the tools she provided to help me continue on my healing journey. I look forward to being able to have sessions with her again in the future!

I have permanent complex PTSD I was found hundred percent disabled with this in 2006 and that was…read moreafter a plot that June Timberlake was involved in with my parents who are narcissists by the way I've had it confirmed so she was hoodwinked by them and they allowed six male Fremont police officers to come into the bathroom. I was naked in a small shower stall with a glass door and beaten in front of my to my daughter who is turning to the next day that's not only traumatizing me, but my daughter as well. And then I was called in to a family "" meeting in June Timberlake's office where I was told, I was not allowed to talk about the previous beating by the police the day before that is a recipe for permanent PTSD. I went to the fucking hospital right after that appointment. I was so livid and they took an evidence report with photographs and x-rays and notes documenting all of the injuries that I sustained two days previous by the Fremont police. June Timberlake didn't help me at all. In fact she only helped my parents do this to me. I'm a rape survivor. She knew that very well so having six male police officers allowed into the bathroom while I make it in the shower, you can only imagine the trauma of that alone let alone being beaten by police officers. I have proof from the emergency room where I was released because a false 5150 was made on me that day but they released me from the hospital 2 1/2 hours later and the reason that they said I was brought in in the first place was because of situational stress which points a finger right back at the Fremont police. June Timberlake, I have a bone to pick with you anybody who wants to go and see her as a therapist think twice because my life was ruined because she was my therapist and she allowed what my parents did to me. She allowed it to be done she wasn't there to help me. She was working behind my back with them and I have found evidence of this since that's called confidentiality violation. I am a very angry and it's been 20+ years that tells you just how traumatized I was by those events so think twice before you go and see this woman because I don't vouch for her one bit and it's been long overdue for me to speak my truth about the harm that was caused by my family and subsequently her allowing it and participating in it and breaking the laws of confidentiality behind my back I can't even begin to explain what harm this has done to me. Twice before you called this woman for therapy unless of course you're a narcissist looking to abuse your child in which case I guess this woman is right up your alley
