She insisted on me reading her lips; I told her that I could not understand her. She, instead, relied on the phone to communicate with me. The massage itself was 39 minutes long, while it should have been 50 minutes long. After the massage, she walked out of the room and did not return to see me out. I discussed this with the receptionist, and she offered me 30 minutes of massage without any charge, pending her boss's approval. I called the place the next day, asking for the boss; the person who answered the call said that the boss was in a meeting. The boss should return my call at the end of the day, but I did not receive a call. To sum it up, the service I receiveed was terrible.

The massage beds failed to heat up, the room lacked any spa-like ambiance, and the actual massage was disappointing. The Checkout Experience: To make matters worse, checkout was extremely uncomfortable. We left a 25% tip (higher than our standard 20%), only to be told by the employee that it was "very much too little." They claimed the owner keeps all the service money and staff are only paid through tips, pressuring us until we rounded up to 30% just to end the awkward situation. If the business is truly withholding base pay and forcing employees to rely exclusively on tips, that is a direct violation of Indiana Department of Labor laws. Wage disputes and illegal compensation structures belong between the owner and the state--guilt-tripping customers who are already tipping above average is completely unacceptable.
