The customer service is only surpassed by the great mattresses and I have back and neck issues. A while back, I bought one mattress at a big box store, that was a mistake. It didn't last and the customer service was lousy once I bought it. Dilworth is a family business and they always take care of you. The owner even sent a custom mattress topper for my elderly mother who is terminally ill to put on her hospital bed at no charge when I asked him if he could make one. That is way to do business! I'm usually a lawyer complaining about lack of service and quality but not with this company and its mattresses!

I actually got rid of our $3,000 bed due to the strong chemical Smell of Formaldehyde that would not go away ! There's a process where companies have to make the beds flame retardants and some law was past years ago . Now we sleep in these chemicals that harm our bodies .
