He was friendly and professional and assured me I would get an estimate within the next business day as I had called on an evening so he needed one full day to prepare it. Cody sent his roofer out there and they were able to determine massive structural damage and he was honest and transparent enough to say he did not comfortable charging me for a brand new roof while not addressing the structural issues that would need to be addressed first before any new roof could be placed. Even though we ended up not doing business, I think 99 out of 100 roofers would have probably taken the job taking my money and let me deal with the bad consequences in the future. I like and trust this company and I would recommend them to anybody. They saved me potentially 10s of thousands of dollars. They would rather refuse my business to have integrity than take my money and not have any. Five stars thank you guys so much
