Freiburg Construction was fantastic, courteous, professional, and did above and beyond my…read moreexpectations! Frank the owner was great to work with and was very knowledgeable and VERY patient! He was redoing my father in laws basement because of water damage this was his first claim ever on his house. And since my father in laws schedule is basically second shift even though he is retired it's kind of hard to deal with when the rest of the world is first shift! And since the father in law was not knowledgeable about remodeling I offered to take over managing the project for him. I Called three contractors to come in and submit a bid and all three were great and I thought a little expensive but then again I have been out of the scene 15 plus years so my opinion on the cost was a little behind the times. Franks bid was very detailed and actually came in the middle of the three bids. His demeanor was great and attention to detail was a cut above! He offered to park a trailer behind the house to put personal belongings in so we wouldn't have to move the stuff that wasn't damaged to a storage unit and make countless trips and supplied the help to do it with! Out the patio door to the trailer! Short, sweet, and fast! The same upon completion! I was really regretting that part of the project but not with this guy! He even went out and purchased a trailer just for this project! Even though he is still using it now he made me feel special and that he was doing it just for me which he was! The only regret I have is that he didn't leave the trailer when he was done! And then there's the workmanship! Outstanding! I will provide pics at a later date to back up my post here! All in all I would definitely recommend this guy for any project you might have big or small he can do it all! And his employees were also great as Frank was not there most of the time, he has some trusted and knowledgeable people working under him which is a great benefit to his company and reputation! They also deserve a pat on the back! The only other regret that I have is there is only five stars to give him! 10 stars out of

I contacted Serge roofing because I was considering buying a multifamily 8 unit in Quincy. The…read moregentleman I spoke to was Cody. He was friendly and professional and assured me I would get an estimate within the next business day as I had called on an evening so he needed one full day to prepare it. Cody sent his roofer out there and they were able to determine massive structural damage and he was honest and transparent enough to say he did not comfortable charging me for a brand new roof while not addressing the structural issues that would need to be addressed first before any new roof could be placed. Even though we ended up not doing business, I think 99 out of 100 roofers would have probably taken the job taking my money and let me deal with the bad consequences in the future. I like and trust this company and I would recommend them to anybody. They saved me potentially 10s of thousands of dollars. They would rather refuse my business to have integrity than take my money and not have any. Five stars thank you guys so much
