Me and my mom came here on mother's day and was able to get an appointment in the same day shockingly! Parking was pleantiful. It was a perfect experience. I was expecting it to be busy like other places with a bunch of people and here it was such a relaxing environment and not crowded at all which tells me they have a good approach to time management and scheduling. Jackie and Lina were very accommodating and took me and my mother. I was impressed with the quality and speed of their work it is like an art for them. The workers at Relax Nails & Spa are exceptional. Their excellent customer service, hospitality, and skill set them apart from other nail salons. The best part? Their prices are incredibly affordable. Customer service: All of the ladies here exude kindness, warmth, and are all welcoming. The customers here all seem familiar with the staff, indicating a strong clientele of regulars. I really cannot express enough how wonderful the staff here makes all of the customers feel. Service: Kim and Lenna have taken care of me here. They are both great. Even when they're busy, they take their time to be thorough. I've always left happy after getting my nails (both pedi and mani) done. I do like that they explicitly say that "women & men" are welcome with their signage - I've seen a handful of men here, too. So if you're a guy, feel comfortable coming here. Prices: As I mentioned, the prices here are honestly unbeatable for the area. I've been going to nail salons for years, and this location is a standout for their reasonable prices. 5/5 - This place deserves a full 5/5. Came in for a walk in while my boyfriend was getting his hair cut next door. Jackie did my nails and she was amazing! I came in with old gel polish and she took her time cleaning it off. Most places will just take the old gel polish off and paint the new gel on. But Jackie soaked my nails and cleaned my cuticles too! She did a great job overall and I love my nails! read more

I have been here a few times and it has become my go-to nail salon. I've had 3 different techs (didn't get their names) but all gave excellent service. Prices are very reasonable and they have never tried to upsell me. As others have mentioned, I notice most customers appear to be regulars - many men as well. They do get busy but I've never had any trouble as a walk-in. Always easy to find parking. Thank you, Relax Nails! read more

This lady that was doing my nails made them not straight and very fat. Like they looked like chips you know the bugles that's what they looked like. She charged me 40 bucks for them it was so sad. Never going again. Really sad I was having a bad only made it worse :( I recommend going across the street. read more

I've only had Ann do my nails but she's the best and such a sweet person! They always turn out fantastic and I've never had them break or crack, I'll go in with a vague idea of what I want and she just makes it way better. It's also so relaxing in there! I have been going to this salon since I was in elementary some 16 years now and everyone there is so sweet and I never go home unsatisfied. Yen Mi is the best I love her creativity and working with me to make sure I always leave with nails I'm in love with. The rest of her staff is always so welcoming and asks me how I'm doing and how my family is. They do take walk-ins sometimes, but it's always best to call and make an appointment. Even if they can squeeze you in right away it lets them know to expect you if you call ahead of time. read more

I have been coming to relax nail and spa for over a year. This is the longest that I've gone to one nail salon consistently.All of the ladies are super nice and really welcoming. Yemmi is the only person I have do my gel manicure, she knows exactly how I like my nails and does a great job everytime. Jackie, Tracy and Ann always do so good on my pedicure as well. I reccomend relax nails and spa to all my family and friends and there isn't another place I'd go. read more

First time here and Yemi did a great job! I got an acrylic fill and it took an hour. (Average length of time). She was friendly and chatted with me while doing my nails. She really paid attention to the detail and cared about making my nails perfect. She gave me exactly the shape I wanted (skinny coffin) and took the time to fix nail corners & shape. She took her time when painting the color on to make sure it looked great. Thanks Yemi! I'll be going back there. Update: My second time there was with Julia. She did a great job too! They really take their time to make sure your nails are perfect. The entire shop all said goodbye to me by name when I walked out :) makes you feel special and an appreciated customer! read more

Went here based on the good Yelp reviews to get a gel manicure before my engagement photos. Very happy with the selection of gel colors to pick from! I rarely give five stars for a nail salon but I can say that the women here are authentically kind. As a Vietnamese person, I dread when I come into nail salons because sometimes they say unprofessional things about the customers or amongst themselves and it makes me feel uncomfortable because I can sort of understand what they are saying (I am not fluent in this language). Anywho, they have moderate prices here and the one word I would describe the vibe here is "chill." It was exactly what I needed after a somewhat tough day at work and sometimes you just don't want to be in an uppity place when you're feeling low. Tldr: great work on my pedicure, professional people. One last thing they had traditional Vietnamese music playing in the background of the flute which doesn't sound pleasant to me but I'm sure you all don't mind. read more

Decided to get a pedicure while waiting for car servicing. There were other places closer but I liked the name, "Relax" Reasonable prices, good pedicure, nice foot and leg massage. The massage chairs were comfy and relaxing and the spa was clean--no strong chemical odors. The people were friendly and even thanked us for coming in. Both Ann and the other technician took there time and did a really through job. My nails and toes look great!! It is quiet and peaceful in here/ not busy, so they can really take their time. I was able to get in quickly as a walk in for a pedicure. That's about the only good thing. She asked how the water was, I said it was cold - it never got much warmer. Also, they little filter wasn't put back together before she started filling the tub, so my feet were in the way of her trying to reassemble it... during the pedicure, she kept asking me to hold my feet up, while she did her thing - I've never had that request before? Like hold my legs straight out and up. Definitely got a bit of a workout... the nails on my big toes were cut way too short, so looks like I'm gonna have an ingrown nail situation (which I haven't had in a decade or more)... she only put one coat of polish, so it's super tacky looking - also the tip coat didn't even cover the entire nails. And when I was waiting for my nails to dry, she came over to clean the tub - like I had to move my feet to accommodate her. Not a good experience, at all. I've been looking for a good nail place in the area, and this is not it. read more

This place is seriously great ! Although it's not one of those new fancy nail salons, they have a great staff (that remembers you), parking, easily accessible off the freeway and right across from target, priced well and they do a great job! My friend introduced me to this nail salon about a year ago. I had been going to another place in hillcrest, which does a great job but they are a little expensive. When we walked in we were greated right away. One of the ladies remember my friend and her mom and asked how they were doing. I thought that was awesome! They have gel and great color selections. They have 7 nail areas and 8 pedicure seats with massage! They also take cards and tip on your cards which is nice ! Honestly, this is a great place and I recommend it to everyone. read more

This place was so chill! I have anxiety and while I love getting my nails done it's not always a 100% positive experience for me and definitively not completely relaxing but I could totally let go and just enjoy the experience!
