Poor customer service: She kept talking to her coworker, leaving the room multiple times during massage with door wide open while I'm exposed face down and vulnerable listening to her talking to whoever walked in. Inappropriate contact: During massage she would allow her body parts to be against me. Uncomfortable Environment: You could hear noise in other rooms and noise at the front entrance.
