Their space is warm and inviting. After an intake review, I was politely asked to remove my shoes near the front entrance before Ruth guided me to my massage room. We discussed undressing to level of comfort and the warmth of the bed. The lighting was low enough that I could safely undress, get on the table, and begin to relax. Throughout the massage, Ruth made references to my muscles, where they should be, what they should be doing and how we'd work to get them better. Normally I get massages for relaxation but because I specifically needed maintenance, the conversation was inviting and I appreciated her working my muscles where they need to be to help my body overall.
