Ms. Noah was available right on time. , and checked me in without any fuss. Her paperwork was straightforward and not overly invasive. The massage was exactly what I requested, including avoiding the areas I specified. The massage area is private and comfortable. After the massage was complete, Ms. Noah simply offered to set up my next appointment, no pressure, no up sales, just a courtesy for my next appointment. Unfortunately, they could not locate my appointment in their system and had no idea why. I was told there must have been a double booking because another client had also scheduled the same time slot. I received a brief apology and was simply sent on my way. To drive there, show a confirmed appointment, and still be turned away with no solution or compensation was extremely disappointing.
