After a few cold nights walking around downtown to see the lights and going to Light Up the Night at the baseball stadium. I was in a lot of pain and reached out to Traci, and she was able to fit me into her schedule, which I really appreciated. She used a combination of deep tissue massage and cupping, and my shoulder finally relaxed. I felt real relief after the session and was able to enjoy the rest of my trip without constant pain. Traci was professional, easy to talk to, and she really knew what she was doing. I highly recommend Traci to anyone in Charleston or visiting the area. I only wish I was staying longer so I could book another session. I'll definitely be back next time I'm in town!

A short time ago, she received a call from someone in the salon saying the person who was scheduled to do the updo won't be in and her appointment was cancelled because no one is available to do it. This is ludicrous, unacceptable and VERY unprofessional!!!! WHAT kind of business does this?! Certainly doesn't happen where we are from! She is not having any luck finding availability in other salons TWO days before the wedding. If you cared about your business and clients, you would find a solution. Simply unacceptable. Best, most thorough, & sketchiest massage of my life…read more Kathy runs her business out of her home which is not in a great neighborhood and her home is not in great condition. When i showed up I thought I was in the wrong place except for the sign outside the house. I knocked on the door and a teenage boy let me in and I walked into the living room where there were 4 kids sitting watching TV. Kathy came out and said she was finishing up with a client and I could wait in the living room with her kids or in another room. I chose the other room but it wasn't much better, it was her bedroom where I sat on the edge of her bed and watched TV until she finished with her client. She came in and got me and took me into the massage room which was great, the music and lighting was what you would expect for a massage parlor. The only down side was that you could hear the TV on in the next room and at one point someone came into the kitchen which was only separated from the massage room by a curtain and it made me very uncomfortable to be naked on the table so close to some rando. The reason I am giving 3 stars instead of 0 was that it was a really really amazing massage. I came in with really tight shoulders and a crick in my neck and asked for a 30 minute massage. She ended up spending over an hour on me and kept digging until she got the knot out. Then she rubbed icy hot on my sore muscles and did a quick run down of the rest of my body (including my stomach, which I thought was a little weird). I can't say that I won't be going back if I have a really tight spot because I know she will be able to get it out. However, I will definitely request that her family not be roaming around, and I suggest that she move her business out of her home. If she did, I would be a regular customer.
