I was in a lot of pain and reached out to Traci, and she was able to fit me into her schedule, which I really appreciated. She used a combination of deep tissue massage and cupping, and my shoulder finally relaxed. I felt real relief after the session and was able to enjoy the rest of my trip without constant pain. I even excitedly arrived 15 minutes early and proceeded to show the front desk my confirmation text to check in. Unfortunately, they could not locate my appointment in their system and had no idea why. I was told there must have been a double booking because another client had also scheduled the same time slot. I received a brief apology and was simply sent on my way. To drive there, show a confirmed appointment, and still be turned away with no solution or compensation was extremely disappointing. The error was theirs, yet nothing was offered -- not a discount, not a reschedule priority, not even a small gesture like a gift card. And the filthy house smelled like cigarette smoke. Do not waste your time or money! You will leave completely stressed! And immediately have to wash everything that you had on and take a hot shower in case of any hitchikers(bugs).
