When I called to make the appointment they said they would have to charge $49.00 more for pre-spray beyond the price of the voucher. I said my sofa is old I don't want pre-spray. They said no way you must use pre-spray. They should make this clear in the amazon ad but they are hoping you'll go for it since you already paid amazon. I returned the voucher and am purchasing a small Bissell steam cleaner for my sofa, which will avoid this problem and allow me to clean the sofa more than once. False advertising! This is a rip off, as are most of the steam clean places in town.

I recently used this moving company to move my belongings to a nearby storage unit. on the day of…read morethe move, they were 1 hour late and did not call to advise that they would be late so I called and was informed that the owner was busy and could not take my call. I called back about 25 minutes later the owner took my call and said that things happen and that his worker's wife had become ill. He did not provide a solution. After becoming increasingly irate he offered that it was not my fault and that he would come in his worker's place as if he was doing me a favor. On the return trip, I called to confirm and was advised that I should continue to call to confirm and make sure that they would be there on the day that I had booked then and was told that "things happen". I asked him what that meant and he said that nothing is assured I offered that is why you make an appointment to assure service. So my appointment was for 10:00 am I called he confirmed the men did not show up at the storage facility until 11:30 am. Upon return to my home while they were moving in a large chair they scratched the paint on my door and I was advised that Sammy the owner would reach out to me to talk about the damage. The next day, no call, I call Pals. Sammy began by calling me a liar and verbally abusing me stating that his men fixed the door all the while talking over me and not letting me explain as he was confused about what I was speaking about. my experience with Pal's Moving Service overall was very poor here's why; They did not show up on time the owner made excuses and could not provide reliable service and the men damaged my door I was told to buy the paint and that he would send men over to paint the door at that rate I'll just paint the door. Ridiculous. The move went well they did provide a good moving service. The problem that I had was that they were unreliable and that the owner was combative in the end and was verbally abusive.
