It was very fresh, locally caught & delicious! We also liked the sautéed shrimp with rice and the flank steak with pepper sauce. If you like your steak medium rare, tell them rare with pink. France only does rare, medium or well done. The salmon filet came with mashed potatoes, the fish was a little dry but had good flavor. We were too full to order dessert or else we would have gotten Nutella crepes. Overall a great meal, I highly recommend this restaurant, only 10 min away from Mont Saint Michel.
