A very classic nautical/lakeside vibe. We were thrashing out a bunch of work stuff for hours, so they didn't hover over us, but checked in every so often to refill water, etc. We also ordered lunch for everyone - a variety of mostly pub food appetizers, etc. Everything was good. Both models were 2 floors generally nice. I did like this most recent one better because it had a front deck and way better seating areas in my opinion. Staff were nice. The bar/snack options were only okay in my opinion. Very limited to type of drinks they could mix and also a tiny bit of inconsistency depending on who made the drink. The drinks were reasonably priced. The rental package I guess required a meal plan - which chips and salsa and veggie tray were chosen. They also sold a few snacks at the bar (a few typical bar snacks). We were able to use our own device to place music via an aux. It was a 2 hr event, we had so much fun the time went by really fast. I would recommend their rentals!

Both were 2 story boats with a stereo system, bar on board, and 2 bathrooms. You can take a look at the boat layouts online and choose one that fits for your party. When booking a private cruise, it is mandatory to select a food package so keep in mind that the price of the boat you see online does not initially include the total of the food costs and the additional taxes and fees. The staff have always been so nice and really create a fun environment. It always goes by fast because we are all having so much fun! I will continue booking through them because we have never had a bad experience.

The staff is extremely nice and competent, you will enjoy yourself. Windy and cooler days are likely not as much fun but you will still enjoy yourself. Parking is metered street parking, the ride was $12 for the three hour tour.

I give them 3 stars solely for the fact they had pontoon rentals available a week before we wanted…read moreto go out on the lake. Everything thereafter was not worth the reservation. All week there was going to be chance of storms so we wanted to wait it out and see if it was going to be accurate or not. The cancellation policy on the day of is for weather only (rain, high winds etc). So it's now the day of a reservation (11-7) at 9 am and it's severe thunderstorm watch all day. I call at 9 and ask if we're able to get a full refund, they say no because they have to wait to see if it's going to be bad weather during our reservation time. Fair. I call back at 1045 to cancel because I see it's going to be bad all day, not worth going out at all for $750 or even a partial refund of 375 to go out for half the day. I was still charged the $100 cancellation fee even though the weather was no good. It's upsetting they tried to get me to do a half day on the water when an hour into our reservation it's been lighting. We live an hour away from this location so none of it made sense for us to commit to this reservation unfortunately. If you don't want to go through what I did with no sympathy, either book another company, but your own boat, or cancel 3 days ahead of time
